With an E.S.P. Water Heater service plan, we make it easy. When you experience a problem, you can make just one phone call to our toll-free repair hotline. If your water heater is in need of repair, we’ll dispatch one of our service technicians to assess the problem and make the repair. Plus, you can relax knowing that most parts and the labor to repair them are covered.

*Cash Value Payment (CVP) means a payment made directly to the Customer based on the value of an appliance. The value will be calculated by discounting the rolling 12-month coverage limit for the appliance by a fixed percentage for each year the appliance has been in service.
