E.S.P. protection

As an E.S.P. Heat Pump customer, you'll be protected for up to $2,000 per contract year for covered parts and labor to repair them. The plan covers one heat pump and one attached back-up furnace. See the E.S.P. Customer Agreement for more details.

Convenient billing options

You can enroll in E.S.P. Heat Pump for only $19.99 per month or $209.99 per year. Charges can be conveniently included on your Columbia Gas utility statement. Or if you prefer, you may use a credit card.
