Coverage will begin after the first bill, after receipt of the first payment, or 15 days after enrollment (whichever is later). Your E.S.P. coverage will appear on your billing statement. Please pay your utility bill promptly to ensure coverage. Do not send in checks for E.S.P. at time of enrollment. Programs are available only to Columbia Gas customers.
